1. Acceptance of terms

By using the NightLife website and/or creating an account, you are considered to be familiar with these terms and to accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Purpose of the platform

NightLife serves as an informational platform for browsing venues, events and potential seat reservations. We do not manage the venues themselves (clubs, bars, restaurants) and do not guarantee every piece of information, but we strive to keep everything as accurate and up to date as possible.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, as well as keeping your access data confidential (password, phone). Do not share your account with other people and contact us if you suspect misuse.

4. Responsibility for content and reservations

Venue descriptions, prices, offers and events may change. Although we strive for accuracy, NightLife cannot guarantee that every piece of information is current at all times.

Reservations are made in cooperation with venues and the final confirmation is given by the venue itself. NightLife is not responsible for any changes to event organization, price or entry conditions made by the venue.

5. Prohibited use

It is not allowed on the platform to:

• use someone else's data or impersonate someone;
• attempt to bypass system security measures;
• use the platform for spam, abuse, harassment of other users or venues;
• publish or try to inject malicious code, viruses, etc.

6. Limitation of liability

NightLife does not guarantee uninterrupted site operation, nor the absence of technical issues. We strive to keep the platform stable, but occasional interruptions, errors or delays are possible.

We are not liable for any damage caused by using the platform, reservation delays, event cancellations by venues, or incorrect information entered by third parties.

7. Changes to terms

Terms of use may change. The updated version will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes is considered acceptance of the new terms.
